I have been Kettlebell training with Jerry for almost a full year now. This is the most serious commitment I have given to my physical health in over a decade! Our trainings are done via zoom, 30 minute sessions. I am so happy with the results of getting fit again and the commitment level (2x per week) is perfect for my busy schedule. I am sold on Kettlebell training and the variety of workouts that Jerry knows feels unlimited. Never a dull moment!
