Last year 2025 I had a new A/C unit installed by 2 young technician (one of them wore glasses) and I've been having problems with this unit ever since. The unit failed to cool down my townhouse even though I set my thermostat to 70 degrees. It was very loud when turned on and there was a constant smell of burnt oil in my house after the install. Last summer was very hot so I had my unit running pretty much all day but the temperature stay 83 degrees during the day and about 78 at night ( this is with my A/C running all day. ... read more

Purchased an entire HVAC system from them in 2021. In 2022 the AC unit stopped working, so they had to come and fix it. Now, a few years later, our furnace stopped working. The company has been less than helpful in getting this issue resolved. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Unless you want to have issues less than 5 years after purchase. Editing to add: we had another company come look at our furnace and they stayed the gas valve is shot because the install was put in wrong causing water to leak onto it.... read more
