I moved into one of their rental properties 5 years ago and recently vacated. When I occupied the house the carpet was old, stained, and worn, it was fraying and nails/carpet tacks were exposed where it met the tile flooring. I lived at the property for 5 years. We rented with Tribar for one year. Through out that year we had to have several repairs made including a new fence, repairs made to garage door and a new AC unit. I understand these repairs were costly but at the end of the lease, the rent was increased so we moved out. The carpet was stained and smelled of dog urine when we moved in, Tribar immediately sent out a carpet cleaning service but the stains stayed. We covered the carpet stains with rugs. I lived in one of their properties in West Fort Worth for two years. They were very fair and communicated well. The price was right and they allowed my dog which was nice. If you want a pet friendly home that is inexpensive give Tri-Bar a chance.
