Got my second tattoo from there (Matt did it) and i am very happy with it it turned out much better than the original idea i had... Very down to earth shop and couldnt ask for better people than matt and Kay my husband has also gotten a few done here at tribal urge one was a guin that matt drew up himself to say its awesome just wouldnt be describing it accurately .. be sure to hit them up on facebook or give them a call at their shop to schedule an appointment
Have had 2 tattoos and several piercings done there, all done by Matt, did a great job on everything. Just a great bunch of people to deal with, very professional and great spirited. Last tattoo Matt did for me turned out so much better then the original. Planning my next with Matt, and i will make the 7 hour drive just to have it done at that shop.
edit: Don't be fooled by all of the negative reviews. Click the link. Most of them are from some haters at Allegiance Ink (each of those accounts reviewed all the local shops and gave them one star, then gave Allegiance five stars... haters gonna hate). Great shop run by cool people. They're definitely pros at what they do. Got some great work done by Matt before Memorial Day 2013. Clean, good prices, great artist. Can't ask for more.
Got my first tat here about a month ago by Miss Kitty. She worked with me to get the design I wanted. Everybody in the shop was helpful and pretty cool. Definitely will go back.
My birthday I wanted a tattoo I am new to augusta didn't know where I would go looked it up here on yellow pages saw there where a lot on broad street first one I came to was Tribal Urge the piercing guy Bryan was the absolute Bomb and Matt was my artist He did an out standing job the best part about my experience is it is a clean shop the people are great and the prices are reasonable. No one here is trying to rip you off this is my new regular shop... Loved It............
I used to go here til I found out how their tat guy CJ uses the shop after hours. One morning we walked by & saw through the window he was naked on the couch with 1 of the bartenders from next door. Was told that's not the only time, that he deals drugs too, & does the same out back before doing work on someone. So be careful if you go down there. Don't let a stoned guy screw up your tat. Matt (owner) had a good rep for having a clean shop but we won't go back if this guy's still there.
theres not to many good urban artist here matt and his crew are good down to earth real people that understand its a reccession and hard times for everyone so theyre group deals are good to go im very happy with TRIBAL URGE TATTOOZ..........
