Have been going since summer of 2015. Never had any issues with my contacts til summer of 2024. I got new contacts could not see out of my right contact, she fixed it. I have not had any trouble my contacts until the start of this month. I can not see out of my right contact again. Because I am coming close my yearly appointment and they refuse to see me. They said my insurance does not restart til July and they wanted me to pay out of packet just to see what was wrong with my right contact.
I've gone to another practice for years and always liked my previous eye doctor. However, upon moving and finding Dr. Colborn, I'd never want to go anywhere else! I had noooo clue what I was missing in all my years at a chain practice. Dr. Colborn was extremely thorough. She took the time to explain my eye changes to me and why she recommended the type of glasses she did. I've never felt like another optometrist spent the time justifying treatment like she did. She's wonderful and I will return again and again!
Don’t bother if you have Tricare select. I have never had a problem with any other eye place about my insurance covering a yearly eye exam. This place said they don’t think my plan covers the exam so I called Tricare East and verified that I do in fact have coverage. I called the lady back and she just said they usually have problems with select. I just canceled and made an appointment at a different place and what do you know, I had them double check my coverage and we were covered. So this place is doing something wrong..
Very Professional & such nice Staff! Did not feel pressured & stayed well within my Budget.
