Best experience I’ve ever had. Great staff and the doctor is amazing. Very patient and very respectful. Hands down the only place I go. Tammy and robin are great. The whole staff is amazing
Dr. Valerie Colborn and Tammy are wonderful! My five-year-old looks forward to her eye exams, and I appreciate that they aren’t pushy about selling anything. Jalycia, the technician, was my daughter’s favorite—she had so much fun during her exam! The Optos machine was the highlight for her. We're happy to drive to see Dr. Colborn for all our family’s vision needs!
Have been going since summer of 2015. Never had any issues with my contacts til summer of 2024. I got new contacts could not see out of my right contact, she fixed it. I have not had any trouble my contacts until the start of this month. I can not see out of my right contact again. Because I am coming close my yearly appointment and they refuse to see me. They said my insurance does not restart til July and they wanted me to pay out of packet just to see what was wrong with my right contact.
I've gone to another practice for years and always liked my previous eye doctor. However, upon moving and finding Dr. Colborn, I'd never want to go anywhere else! I had noooo clue what I was missing in all my years at a chain practice. Dr. Colborn was extremely thorough. She took the time to explain my eye changes to me and why she recommended the type of glasses she did. I've never felt like another optometrist spent the time justifying treatment like she did. She's wonderful and I will return again and again!
