At forty-two years old I finally became aware of my eyes not working together at distance while playing pickleball. I read about an NHL player with a similar issue pursuing vision therapy, and found Dr Miller while searching for this kind of treatment. After a couple of months of seeing Dr Miller and Renee I made some great improvements. I learned a lot and realized a big improvement on the courts! I’ve been going to Triangle Vision-Harps Mill location for 5 years and have always had wonderful experiences with the doctors. There is one individual working the front desk who does not return calls/seem to want to assist but everyone else I have come in contact with is very helpful, so if you have this unfortunate experience, try again!

We cannot say enough positive things about Triangle Visions and the team at Harps Mill. A super special shoutout to Ms. Renee in the vision therapy program. She worked with all three of our daughters and truly felt like a part of our family by the time we were finished with sessions. Our daughters adored her and VT helped them all SO much! Dr. Miller is also absolutely WONDERFUL. We could not have asked for a better experience. I have been going to this location for the past 2 years, recently I called and asked for a copy of my contact lens prescription, the "call center" promised the information would be emailed, 1 week went by, then 2 weeks, I called again, and the call center again promised someone would send me the information, 3 weeks later I still do not have the information requested. I have been a customer of this location for over 20 years so it pains me to give them a bad review but after multiple bad experiences it is warranted. Dr Brooks was absolutely spectacular as always but the rest of the business model is terrible. They NEVER answer the phone at this location and all calls are routed to a "call center" where they will take a message and supposedly deliver it to this location.
