I’ve been seeing Dr. Forsyth at this office for over a decade. He provided very good service over the years so I hate to do this but since the change to becoming Triangle Visions, the degraded service is shocking. As others have noted it’s very difficult to contact them except through automated website. I placed an order for RGP contacts in Oct 2024, which usually takes about 2 weeks to fulfill. My daughter’s teacher reached out that she was complaining of blurry vision and headaches and was struggling with reading fluency as things got tougher in 3rd grade. She had trouble keeping her place and would skip lines. She was found to have convergence insufficiency. This place has gone downhill since it was taken over by a chain. You can’t call the location directly. I waited on hold for over 15 mins to schedule and was disconnected. When I finally got through I learned my doctor was no longer there and there were no appointments available for 6 weeks. I’ll be looking for a local optometrist where you can actually reach someone and get good customer service.
Nightmare scheduling!! I can’t even go because I have called, emailed, texted, and they don’t respond. Insane
