I come to this shop specifically to work with Stephanie. She's the kindest and most knowledgeable optician in the Triangle. She took her time with me and helped me find frames that actually fit my face. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyewear. Highly recommend!
The eye exam was thorough and the lady that helped me pick out glasses took her time with me and helped me pick out the perfect pairs of glasses. She made shopping for glasses (an otherwise dread filled experience) fun! Great experience overall and would highly recommend!
Friendly, easy to work with, and knowledgeable
Today was my 1st visit here and it was exceptional. EVERYONE is knowledgeable & friendly. I won't go anywhere else after meeting these folks.
Everybody working here seems happy to be at work and excited about their jobs. Such a pleasure to go there! Dr Sunil, the optician, and front staff Patrick are beyond helpful and provide the patient experience one hopes for but rarely receives these days at other clinics. Bravo to them!
