Horrible service. I am not a patient of theirs any longer but keep getting emails to "make my appointment".. Have called 5 times to have me removed from their contacts list, but still getting emails. Would not recommend them due to poor customer service.
Visit went well, doctor was nice but people at check out is very rude and snobby. Even the guy showing me the glasses was nice prefer not to go back.
My 8 year old started vision therapy about a year ago at the six forks office. Dr Miller was so kind and patient with my daughter and made her feel at ease when she was nervous and tearful at our first appt…We were both unsure as we started the process of weekly visits and vision therapy homework, but it wasn’t long and our visits became a bright spot in our week! My son had vision therapy with Renee Enterline, and she is FANTASTIC!!! My son has had almost every type of therapy imaginable in the last 7+ years, and Renee is the best therapist we’ve ever had! She’s so engaging and encouraging, and uses his interests and makes therapy specific for him and fun! She is just wonderful ! While we are happy for him to graduate, we will certainly miss Renee!
Never anywhere to park. Employees take up all the spots on both sides. You see them walk in the side door.
