I do not recommend that you take your pet to Triangle Veterinary Referral Hospital. Our dog was released by Dr. Josh Warren and Dr. Dawn Lanza with the wrong medication dosage information. This resulted in serotonin syndrome. They also did not indicate on the discharge papers the extreme importance of expressing his bladder after the surgery. He died as a result. Dr. Warren said that the practice would work to make sure that future patients had the correct discharge papers, but his response does not bring back our dog.
If I could give this “hospital” a negative star I would. This place failed my dog—and my family—in the worst way. Our sweet girl was seen by three different vets over the course of her stay, and not one of them recognized how close to death she truly was, or helped us understand how serious her condition had become. We were repeatedly told she was doing “great,” that her scans looked good, and that coming home might even help her improve. They were AMAZING !!!! Logan in particular was the sweetest and so caring with my Bear Bear . He does not do well when crated And has separation anxiety from me. I expressed my concerns and Logan did whatever she could to ease my mind and comfort my baby while he was there. Thank you all for your compassionate and loving ways… Y’all are so appreciated 🩵🐶 Bear Bear says thank you as well !!!
Avoid Triangle Veterinary Referral Hospital. They only care about your money. Their negligence and incompetence resulted in the death of our family pet.
Absolutely outstanding service! The emergency veterinary team was compassionate, professional, and incredibly efficient. They treated our dog with care and urgency, explaining everything clearly and calming our fears. The facility was clean and well-equipped. We're so grateful for their dedication and expertise—truly a lifesaving experience. Highly recommended without hesitation!
