Many various reasons. 2/5 is generous. Staff very indifferent. Dr have fair diagnosis but pretty nonexistent information, most basic treatment, was out of the room before I could ask any questions. Whole clinic all staff gives off the feeling they'd rather be elsewhere and only do about the minimum.

We only have high praises for the Dr an employees. Their kindness was amazing when we had to put our "Lady" down. An now they have our"Lilly cat" that has been shot. Such compassion an we appreciate the Dr an staff.
