We have been a triangle tube customer for years, recently bought a new boiler and have to say the support has been terrible. the installation went fine but we ended up with a very loud howl coming out of our exhaust tube in the last 2 springs. it was so loud that our neighbors complained and called the police. it turns out it is a gas air mix issue. contacted triangle tube and their technician stated that it is a gas air mix that needs to be addressed yearly. this is not documented anywhere so asked them to make this right a... read more
going on year 9 or more of our prestige peerless, works like a charm, and efficient periodic checkups is all
We've been with out Heat and Hot for the 2nd year in a Role...And Getting these parts are a Nightmare and can't get them from the manufacturer only through a plumbing Distributor and very....very.... Expensive and this last time I had replace the parts without a licensed plumbing was a nightmare for gathering the part Not to install a monkey can do that... Overall on this unit I give it a 4 Rating...
