Welcomed new immigrants Cherry Arms welcomed us as new immigrants. Staff are professional and friendly. Awesome sunset view of Huntley Meadows if your apartment faces Richmond Highway. Highway noise is inevitable though. Utility charges are fair. Near general stores.

Poor Management Extremely disappointed with the leasing office staff's handling of maintenance work orders especially the Property Manager. Despite multiple requests, they failed to take my concerns seriously and neglected to address the issues promptly. For instance, I requested that refrigerator in my apartment be changed because it has never been changed in almost 13 years instead they keep replace the gasket every 3 months. Terrible staff. The unit itself isn't that bad when they're not turning your water off literally every other day. But the office staff literally have no clue what they're doing. I've called to ask how much my balance was and the guy Jose genuinely didn't know. You get different answers depending on who answers, if they answer. Cars keep getting broke into even with the police parking with their lights on. And the neighbors are always loud, complaints go ignored. Prices go up whenever they feel like it. Save your money.

Nobody told me This place may LOOK nice on the inside BUT leasing never mentioned roaches as roommates during your lease . I am spending too much money on roach spray, combat gels, and not only are you battling unwanted roommates you have to deal with Waterbugs as well. And not the small ones either . These things get as big as your big toe smh. Find somewhere else. They mention getting bedbug coverage, but there needs to be a roach coverage with the renter insurance you get on your place.

Poor management Entire garage is shut down for six months (!!) from June to November 2023, and all residents must park in public parking, with no reduction to the monthly parking fee ($150) despite the (major) inconvenience. This option was chosen over shutting down the garage in sections over the course of 12 months, allegedly to “minimize disruption to residents.” Residents must now pick up county parking passes on the first of the month, each month, or risk getting a ticket from the city (which will not be reimbursed). Not what it used to be The Triangle Towers used to be a great place to live. It was a great value for downtown Bethesda, MD. Yes. it is an older building, but your utilities were included (this is no longer the case). Additionally, there have been so many major renovations over the last few years. There has been the update of the balconies with horrible noise. Now they are redoing the parking garage which is forcing residents to move out of the building parking garage and into the local city garages for 6 months. Additionall... read more

TERRIBLE PROPERTY! out dated There are rodents, car jackings, two unsolved murders, and management is terrible! They care more about fixing the outer appearance of the establishment then actually fixing this place up in the inside. It wreaks of marijuana in almost every building and I currently have 3 live mice in my apartment and all they do is come lay sticky boards! Just TERRIBLE
