I've been dealing with mentally ill relatives for over 25 years and Triangle Springs is the worse mental health facility I have encountered. One of the therapists did not know about Butner Regional Mental Health Hospital. How can that be? They discharged patient in a taxi which was unsafe. They discharged the patient without the care plan in place. Reporting them to Medicare and hope they get sanctioned!!
Pretty sorry excuse for a mental hospital, I went for help yesterday waited over 3 and a half hours no one offered anything to us three that was in there not even a bottle of water just said very ugly we're running behind, I finally left had to get my son to come get me cause I got lost and panicked,they never even tried to call me to check on me the next morning!
I'm sorry to say that, after contacting Triangle Springs Hospital, the coordinator offered us a 2 PM appointment, which we gladly accepted. We got there at 2 PM, waited for 2 hours, were told that we were next in line and that it would be less than an hour (~ 4:45 PM), were told again that we would have to wait until the 6 PM change-in-shift, and were then told at 6:30 PM that the night shift had no idea who we were and there there were multiple patients in front of us. Pls dont go here. They make you eat in 6mins to 10mins. Outside for 10 not even 15. Very poor PCA's. Put someone in room when there to detox. The person screamed im going to kill you and more couldnt sleep all night. Had groups had to go to for mental health not detox. Im so confused why I had to go to groups for mental health when was there for detox. Complained and got treated worse. Was scared with pp making threats to staff..I came out with DT'S very bad. Had to go to doctors to treat my withdraws they gave me nothing... read more
Not giving any stars...The pcas where the worse..they treaded us like shit..outside very little when was suppose to be 15min was like 6 or not even..where a jacket we all said..whe had to eat our food in 10 to 15mins..suppose to be 1/2 hour..I complained and had problems after complaining..the food tasted like shit..very disapointed..some nurses didnt tell us what they where giving u for meds..they took a prescription and did not give it back..I dont mind that but suppose to throw away in front of you..who knows..no help onl... read more
I would not recommend this faculty! They seem great at first...then are not there to help, no one checks in you. They don’t return calls . We were suppose to have the best doctor - nothing didn’t return call - very disappointed 0 rating I had to mark one star -
