Our experience with the 26 ft "Spirt" motorhome was generally good. The unit was easy to drive and performed well, but next time we will rent a smaller unit with a more traditional design (especially the exterior storage and the kitchen cabinets). We rented a camper van (Minnie Winnie) type as it was available for when we needed and pet friendly. The booking online was pretty simple, all the prep was easy ahead of time. When we picked up, Ed gave us the orientation, and showed us most things. The online videos were very hard to find and it took me a long time to find them to watch ahead of time. Great guys and great service was a pleasure
Our RV was spotless. Tall John did an exceptional job of going over all the aspects & how to's for our rig. We sailed off and had a very enjoyable and comfortable camping trip with friends. No issues and every component worked well and was easily used. On return Ed greeted us and did the sign in smoothly and effectively. The team was fun, friendly, and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and helpful. A delightful experience.
Terrible place to go. Rude communication and over charged for a 2 minute job. Mechanics and front end have no idea what they’re doing, despite being given clear instructions for our hitch, we then got charged a large fee for changing a small bolt and not even having the original job completed, despite telling us they could. Very disappointed, go to the guys next door to the left, much better.
