Office is incompetent and pathetic. Would not recommend if you are interested in having real work done on time.
My restaurant exhaust hood motor died and they bailed me out. They responded withing an hour and a half and worked with me on getting the motor and getting it installed with minimal down time.
We are extremely satisfied with Triangle's service and installation employees. They've done two separate installation in two homes over the past three years and they've been terrific.
Not even a customer but when they saw me struggling to change my flat tire in their shared parking lot, three different guys came out to try and help and even came out with a proper jack to get the flat off.
