These guys did an amazing job with a crawlspace and dehumidifier install and seal. It has markedly reduced drafts and odor. We had them come back and do an attic radiant barrier installation. It looks amazing and should help us keep our upstairs old girl HVAC living for a few more years. Thank you, Brian for such great communications and look forward to doing business and recommending you personally to others.
Robert came to my house to inspect some cracking in our foundation and garage floor. He concluded that there was not a serious problem and recommended that no action was needed. I appreciate his willingness to be honest and not try to sell me anything I didn't need. I would recommend him to anyone having issues or concerns about their house foundation and crawlspace.
I thought I had a good experience with this company. Less than a year later, the problem was back. They said what they did wouldn't fix the problem I was having, but it was the same problem of water coming into the house. The only thing they would do is use what I paid previously toward their new solution. When I just asked for my money back I received no response. It was had getting a response when I called back about the problem the first time. They seem nice but you will be unhappy if you need to call back with a problem
Recommended by a friend. Did floor reinforcement - additional beam and supports installed in the crawl space. Communication was excellent. Rob and the team were arriving on time. All the paperwork with the city done by Rob. Little imperfections addressed promptly - no fuzz. The result job is inspected and approved by town of Cary. I am a happy camper. The payment platform added 3% to the estimate - no big deal in my case, but take that into account, double check with Rob.
Tyler did a great annual dehumifer service! And installing a gas remediation system! The smell under the house is gone!
