I’ve lived here since June of 2019. The management staff has changed at least four times since then. I have recently placed several work orders. It’s been over one month since I’ve placed a work order to spackle a large hole in the master bathroom wall and baseboards. There is a leak, which I’ve been reporting for the past two years, which causes water to leak from underneath the baseboards and it’s causing the wood to rot.
