Wonderful, friendly staff! I always love stopping in!
Terrible and embarrassing experience here. I hate to leave any small business a bad review but this is well deserved. The pharmacist and owner yelled out the type of prescription I was getting, told me my insurance denied my claim when he just didn't want to accept the contracted rate. He is overall rude, belittling and unhelpful.
If the pharmacist doesn't agree with his contracted rate with your insurance (which is his problem, not the customers), he will fly off the handle and publicly humiliate you about your health problems and medications you take.
Joe and the staff at The Triangle Pharmacy are the very best... their help, support and care for my folks who live in Mountaintop is none better. Thanks to all of you for always going the extra mile - wish I had a Triangle Pharmacy in Ohio near me!
