I am one of the few ones who didn't have a good experience. They couldn't get my local anesthesia right and I ended up with giant bruises on the skin around my chin just a day before my travel. They never refunded a thing. Then when I canceled a later appointment they charged me an amount ( 50 $) as I canceled within 24 hours. Dr. Washington have been my periodontist for over 10 years and I’ve always received great service. Ashley my hygienist is the best! Carolyn always deliver great customer service. I may not mentioned all the staff by name but they are all wonderful! I definitely would recommend Triangle Periodontics!

I was referredhere by my regular dentist office to check on a gum bleeding problem which they found during my routine cleaning.The purpose of the visit here was to check on the bleeding and get a treatmentplan and estimate $. My regular dentist already sent the detailed report and x-ray of evaluation they did in advance to Dr.Washington's office. During my visit to Dr.Washington's office they again did the SAME dental evaluation (which was done 2 weeks back by my routine dentist)and did not even let me know that my Insurance... read more
Dr Washington was barely interactive before my procedure. After the procedure, I had problems that I went back to see him about. The numbers on the chart shown to me then were different from the numbers previously. He also recommended a cleaning to be done before the healing was complete which rang even more warning bells. I am now trying to get the issues fixed with another doctor. I would not recommend this practice.
