We had a wonderful experience with Triangle Mothercare. They were able to connect us with our nurse, Carlye, on short notice, and she was absolutely wonderful. Heather and Shelley were both responsive even during a busy holiday time (4th of July) and we were fortunate to work with them.
We had a mixed experience with Triangle Mothercare, which I feel compelled to share, as hiring a caregiver for your baby is such a big decision and the postpartum period is so difficult. I contacted them after the birth of my second son, and from the get-go they were sort of off-putting, warning me that their services were in extreme demand and that they might not be able to help me as I was only looking for a night doula for a couple weeks, initially.
