Had my account “paused” despite being in good standing and paying my bill resulting in 3 hours of phone calls to find out it was paused regardless of payment. I was then told to visit the website to unpause at which point I find out there is no means to unpause the account, so another 3 hours on hold. I do not understand how these people stay in business
Horrible MLS service, every time they make a change it is a nightmare and they break more then they fix. If it wasn't for their monopoly coverage for MLS areas, they would have lost all their clients to other MLS services. I've had an open ticket for YEARS, they can't even export date in a simple sorted form.
As a home inspector, I bought a subscription to have SentriKey lockbox access. The next day I found out that I could not get reciprocity for access in my service area. After only being subscribed for 1 day, they told me they will not issue a refund. I am a sole veteran owned small business and they stiffed me out of $366. I am appalled that any business would not honor a refund under these circumstances.
The only reason they get one star is because zero is not an option. I've called several times to get a basic questions answered and each time I wait and listen to the elevator music, only to get to be number one in the queue and then sent to voicemail. Ever since they made the sweeping changes last year, the level of service and products offered by Triangle MLS (now Doorify) have gone in the toilet.
