Very unprofessional and no consideration of any circumstances. Everything has changed lately, increased of the dues, almost 50% penalty, which is categorized as a reinstatement fee that never heard of for any unpaid dues of any organization, and not to mention the cold shoulder and zero care of the rep who answered the phone. They are the least forgiving people. If you miss your payment for a moment, they will charge you $100 fee and not even care to hear any reason why. This membership only care about their own pocket and no one else. I hope they get shut down in the future and we are not forced to join.

Had my account “paused” despite being in good standing and paying my bill resulting in 3 hours of phone calls to find out it was paused regardless of payment. I was then told to visit the website to unpause at which point I find out there is no means to unpause the account, so another 3 hours on hold. I do not understand how these people stay in business

Horrible MLS service, every time they make a change it is a nightmare and they break more then they fix. If it wasn't for their monopoly coverage for MLS areas, they would have lost all their clients to other MLS services. I've had an open ticket for YEARS, they can't even export date in a simple sorted form.

As a home inspector, I bought a subscription to have SentriKey lockbox access. The next day I found out that I could not get reciprocity for access in my service area. After only being subscribed for 1 day, they told me they will not issue a refund. I am a sole veteran owned small business and they stiffed me out of $366. I am appalled that any business would not honor a refund under these circumstances.
