How can someone be a property manager and never answer their business phone ??? You call them and all you get is the voicemail. I've called four days straight and left voicemails and nobody returned mot one phone call. The landlord is awful and has a lack of working and nothing get done here at the apartment complex here in clarksdale mississippi.
