I bought the living social deal and I had to ask for a refund!! I tried contacting these people for three months. Got ONE response email on Nov 9th, saying they would contact me soon with good days to meet...never heard anything. Even after multiple emails, multiple voicemails, etc. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a Living Social voucher for painting services and wound up using this company to re-paint my entire home including my detached garage and barn. Excellent painters. I would recommend Triangle Maintenance Specialists to anyone! Thanks so much!

I used this company back in 2010 to clean my pool patio, deck and driveway. Since I've used their services a dozen times. The owner, Mike, is a real pleasure to work with. Triangle Maintenance Specialists gets Two Thumbs Up!! I will definitely call them the next time I need anything done to maintain my home.

Skilled workers! Hard working and very pleasant to deal with. I read a few reviews here and it seems like the only customers who complain are ones who bought service on-line. Personally I hired them because they came highly recommended by a fellow colleague. Not sure who these people are or why they're so disgruntled. I can say that I will be referring them with confidence!!

I PURCHASED A LIVING SOCIAL FOR POWER WASHING... I CALLED TO SET UP AN APT, AND I GET A CALL BACK 2 WEEKS LATER! THEN WHEN THE APT WAS SET UP - NO SHOW, NO CALL BACK! TERRIBLE COMPANY, DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS. I CALLED 3 TIMES AND LEFT 3 VOICE MAILS AND SENT 2 EMAILS, NO RESPOND AT ATLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPNAY FOR ANYTHING, THEY DONT WANT ANYONES BUSINESS... WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I'm surprised living social agreed to do business with this company. I purchased two living social deals for this company to address interior painting. After finally getting through to someone (2 weeks after purchase) I spoke to someone who sounded like he just woke up from a nap. Apparently he was asleep when he spoke to me because he was a no show . I had even sent an email the 4 days prior with no response to confirm our appointment. I'm pleased to refer this company to anyone. They take care of their customers! I hired them to pressure wash my home and clean my windows inside and out. They cleaned everything and even replaced a large picture window that was damaged by moisture. I was impressed the most by how the owner is so well versed in his industry; every question I had was answered with courtesy and eloquence. I cant wait to have them paint my home in the spring.
