DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ! They take your money - have the poorest customer service I have experienced in years / don't show up as scheduled - RUDE customer service this last year ! I would NEVER do business with this company. I prepaid for a mosquito and tick service. Like others have said, the owner's son came out and gave us a good sales job. We have always used another company for this service but needed to save money. To say that this company is unprofessional would be an understatement. A man would come out in what looked like a personal vehicle. It was an older VW sedan that had no company markings. Only did one quick initial service, but after charged for the service, continue to charge monthly fee without any service. Didn't do the service described.
I first reached out to Pat Young prior to September 5th 2019 for a ASAP bee issue. He was amazing and came out the very next day to take care of the situation. We discussed servicing all of my properties and that's when Tanner (Owners Son) came out to view all 5 properties. When I received a Notice of Service Slip at one of properties a couple days later. I called to cancel a service I didn't think existed. I didn't think service would have started without a proper proposal for 5 different properties and proper documentation... read more
We called them for a squirrel problem. They identified a mouse infestation in our attic (which we suspected). The sales person (the owner's son) recommended removal of all insulation in the attic, decontamination, and new insulation blown in. He said the insulation was highly toxic because of mouse droppings. He said the insulation would be carefully bagged and removed.
