If you decide to risk using these guys make sure to pay them in cash. If they get your credit card or checking information you will regret it. They sent unsolicited charges to collections and when refuted emailed back-dated invoices never previously sent. Hired 2 years ago to remove a bees nest imaging my surprise being extorted during this pandemic. Predatory practices, if you wade into imminent danger make sure to have your lawyer review the work order and pay in cash.
Do not use this company, highly un-reputable. Having contracted with them over 2 years ago and pre-paying for 1 year of service they claim the work order signed was a contract for ongoing services. Spoke with lady there who offered a $30 discount on the fraudulent services which she was quickly rescinded when I brought up the Better Business Bureau. When I called them for urgent mice problem in my kitchen, they told me they could "act" right away same day. The guy came to my house to inspect it and basically make me sign a contract and take my money. They told me they would come the day after in the 9-12 time frame. I called and 12 since nobody showed up, the guy was confused over the phone and told me he would be coming later, around 2 pm since he had a delay with another client. Absolutely awful customer service. Avoid this company.
We won a treatment plan through a silent auction last summer. We tried all last summer to get them to honor it and they kept ignoring us and not responding. We waited till winter was over and started contacting then again, and AGAIN we keep getting the run around from them. This company clearly doesn't feel like it should honor the certificate that they donated to the auction BUT I'm sure they still write it off on their taxes!! They did an exceptional job of removing pests from our attic. Punctual, thorough and excellent communication from start to finish. I highly recommend them.
