I don’t recommend this place due to failure to fix the furnace they put in! They do NOT return phone calls but they do like to bill you every time they come out for the same problems! We have had water on our basement floor coming from the furnace this place put in now for months. They guy the have working for the is incompetent a true joke. I don’t know how you sleep at night ripping people off!

Was thinking about installing flexible duct under my house and thinking about doing it myself. I decided maybe I should let the professionals take care of it. What a mistake. Crawled under the house to check on the ductwork the professionals had done and the duct had slipped off and all my heat was going under the house because the slip ties were not tightened enough.they came up and worked on the next day and worked on just using tape with no twist and the tape is not going to hold.
