Rapid response setting up an appointment, quality service and materials, and a very friendly technician. Some confusion over the advertisement and coupon I used from the ValPak, but the owner resolved with me over the phone. He went above & beyond great service; explaining everything to me and even adding a service free of charge that I did not expect..I highly recommend them for any of your garage door needs!
Roy came out the same day and replaced the springs on our garage door for a reasonable price, and also repaired another problem we had. Top notch service, very knowledgable and kind. Highly recommend.
Made an appointment. Got a call from TGD that day of the appointment telling me they couldn't make it. Had to go out of town so I could't reschedule right away. When I did call to reschedule, I called twice, left two voicemails (their website appointment scheduler doesn't work, so don't bother with that), and never got a call back.
