amazing place. people are very kind, helpful and professionals in their work. I had a big problem with my trailer and I saw with my own eyes how they fix it and was pleased that they explain everything in the process. thank you very much for your work!

I rented a Penske truck through Triangle Fleet for moving weekend. I was very happy with the service I received which was very courteous, easy, and efficient. Penske, unfortunately, didn't leave a truck at their location by the pickup time, but the man who was helping me was able to switch me to Home Depot in Villa Rica to get the same sized truck. He also was able to discount the price in this circumstance which I appreciated greatly. Saved the day no doubt! I highly recommend, two thumbs up!
Great experience, Jeremy took care of my guy in a pinch. He was super communicative, texted me pictures throughout the process and gave me an accurate estimate. I highly recommend and will be calling them again if we need help in the area.
Would have given zero stars. I took a truck to have it looked at. I was told they were about a week behind but would look at it. Three weeks later and I hadn't heard a thing. I called up there and was told they were still two weeks behind and would get to it when they could and if I needed it fixed I could pick it up?!? Poor business etiquette. No call explaining they were behind nothing. Take your vehicles elsewhere unless you like poor customer service.
