After reading the reviews on this site (4) One was good and the others were not. I myself disagree. I have been going to Triangle family practice since they have been there. Although I cannot always get my Dr, anyone of the ones that I have seen have been great. And that is probably 99% of them. The front desk ladies have also been great. Just wanted to voice my opinion.
I HIGHLY recommend Triangle Family Practice. Dr. Kavanaugh has been my family doctor for app. 12 yrs. and he takes the time to answer my questions.
I agree with both comments. I have been with them for the past 7 years and same story. I have been changing doctors here and there trying to find a nice one. I am still with them only because I live around the corner from their office. I will not recommend them to anybody. Too many bad experiences over the years. And people on the phone, rude! bitter, like having a bad day every time we called them. I am ready to switch if I find a doctor close by. Location is the only good thing about them.
So difficult to work with – I call and call and call. I never get through to talk to anyone. The receptionist who take the appointments will answer, but the nurses for the the primary care providers never do! I don't understand. You can leave 4-5 voicemails before you get a call back. Mediocre – I have been a patient at Triangle Family Practice for 3 years and have seen 3 different doctors there. The one doctor I liked recently left. I'm just not happy with the experiences there. I feel like my pets receive more thorough healthcare and pleasant visits with their vet than my family does with this practice, which is sad. We always have a long wait (20-40 minutes).
