I hate going to the dentist but this office is always so friendly. I feel so welcome each time I go. It's like a family atmosphere there.
As someone who struggled for years with a irrational fear of dentist this office went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I struggle with periodontal disease and had a complicated case but nothing seemed to complicated for Dr Mcneal! His staff was amazing with helping me with my anxiety and making sure that I did not feel judged. I was not only given an award winning smile but a new outlook on dentist. Definitely would recommend this place time and time again.

We have given this practice multiple tries to make things right because we had a favorite Hygenist; but after another insurance issue because their insurance department did not verify the policy timely before my husbands appointment, they made him reschedule after he was already in the office waiting to be seen (or as offered by the receptionist he could have paid 20% upfront for a cleaning to be seen the same day).
