I had a cleaning appointment on 04/17/26 at this location for the first time. The staff was so rude to me. I have checked my phone a couple of times, while I was in the room because of a personal emergency, there was no procedure going on at that moment. The hygienist lady made a snobby remark saying "Too much phone", while she had no idea about what was going on in my life. My dentist retired so I need a new dentist. I pulled up Triangle Family Dentistry online and looked at their New Patient form. I was shocked at the rude, invasive questions. They actually ask for the name of your employer. Are you kidding me?! Please explain to me what that has to do with dental care. Even worse, they ask for your Driver’s License number. What?! Skylar was excellent!. The best hygienist. Cleaned my teeth so well and pain free. Very pleasant and I hope she cleans my teeth again
Very pleased with this dental practice. The entire staff is highly personable and professional. The office is bright and inviting. I have seen Tiffany numerous times for cleanings and she is always very accommodating. She does a thorough job and always with an exceptionally gentle touch. I have never had such a pleasant experience for dental needs. Connie R
