This was our dentist...until today. We tried to stick it out on the transition from Southern Dental to Triangle Family Dentistry, but it doesn't seem to be getting any better. Every visit there is "something going on" that results in delays or playing musical chairs. Last year (2025) they scheduled my wife for 3 cleanings and our insurance only covers 2. The staff is very nice overall. I wasn’t a fan of the check-in kiosk — it felt impersonal, and it had to be fixed anyway. It would have been much easier for someone to just ask for my name and date of birth. That said, Brianna was a lovely hygienist and made the appointment much more pleasant. I gave 3 stars mainly due to the check-in experience.
Got me in the next day. From the moment I stepped in, all the way to checkout. Everyone was so amazing and sweet! I have suggested everyone who I work with to come here!
This was my first visit at this practice. I wanted to have a more personal and professional office than Dentalworks. The dental assistant was wonderful. The office is very advanced and beautifully decorated. There was no wait at the office on this date. I was nervous due to having a broken tooth and they actually offer same day crowns in office! Thankful for such a good experience.
Wonderful, caring and knowledgeable staff. The facility was clean and beautifully decorated. I felt in good hands! I will recommend to others!
