RecommendedTriangle Eye Physicians helped me last year when I suffered from ulcers on my cornea & provided 5 star service. I promised I would be back for LASIK which I had done yesterday. Great staff, great outcomes, & top notch service. As a Raleigh resident, this place was the only ophthalmologist recommended locally for miles by a specialist I initially saw while traveling in Virginia. Love them! 💕 ⭐️
Practice is constantly overbooked. Actual time vs. appointment time is off by almost an hour. Wait room is full of people. Incompetent staff gets offended if you complain. Doctors apologize, but the same thing happens the next time you visit. Avoid this practice if you want to be treated with respect.
Five stars just isn't enough, I'm completely happy with the results
Dr. M After 65 minutes, the doctor did come into the office, spent 5 minutes with me, informed me that she is a surgeon, asked no questions about my overall eye health or issues, and simply said that my "problem" would resolve on its own and turned her back to make notes about my visit. Highly uncaring. Do NOT see this doctor if you want any level of patient care. The office staff is not friendly either, with the exception of Jorge. As a professional, I expect to be treated with respect so I will not return to this office.

I am seen within five minutes of my appointment time and in emergencies she always fits me in within a few hours of my phone calls; she answers all of my questions thoroughly; her advice to me is explained in detail. I have referred many co-workers, friends and family to her.
