Great all around experience. Very friendly staff from front desk to dentist. Dr Safadi is outstanding. Very thorough explanation of what needs to be done, and then he carries it out seamlessly. I would highly recommend this office!
Great bedside manner! I went in for a dental procedure, and Dr. Safadi made me feel like I was in good hands. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions. The receptionist and dental hygienist were also very kind and helpful.
Unfortunately, my experience with Triangle Endodontics was very disappointing. From my initial phone call to my interactions in person, I found the customer service to be hostile, unpleasant, and unwelcoming. As a patient seeking care, I expected to be treated with professionalism, courtesy, and empathy, especially when dealing with a procedure that can already be stressful. Dr Safadi was referred to correct an infection caused by a previous root canal.Mia got me in right away for a consultation, and the procedure was done immediately. Everyone made me feel comfortable and in good hands. I highly recommend this team.
Dr. Safadi was excellent! It usually takes several attempts of local anesthetics to numb me and Dr. Safadi was able to accomplish it within 10 minutes. I felt nothing during my root canal and he was very quick & meticulous. His staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I have some dental anxiety and the noise cancelling headphones made a huge difference. I highly recommend this office if you need a root canal!
