The staff here are AMAZING! Gabby is precious and works like a well oiled machine with the doctor. I went in for a root canal that I was not expecting my general dentist Dr. Patel would tell me I needed two days prior. Dr. Safadi advised I would need to get Dr. Patel to look at the tooth beside that one as well because I had some sensitivity there. The worst dentist that I’ve ever seen! And his office staff. They can easily lie to you! After months of waiting for the consultation, I see him for 5-10 minutes, he did not show me any picture of my tooth, just suggested some treatment. We agreed and made an appointment for the root canal. they asked me for the entire cost to be paid in front and I paid. The next day, when I called them to ask about the break down of the charges, unbelievably, they cancelled my appointment in spite of the pain that I had on my tooth. Then t... read more
Dr. Safadi did several tests on my tooth which is creating problem for me for quite some time. He explained the reason for my tooth problem very clearly, and gave me the recommendations for the next step which I understood well. The staff is also very friendly at the office. I am happy about my visit.
