I needed a good diabetic doctor and found that with Dr. Jay. I have been with him since he first came to Beaumont in 2003. I am well pleased with him and his wonderful staff. He takes time with me and explains all what is needed to keep my sugar in control. He has his own lab so no need to go somewhere else to give blood for tests. His staff is the best in Beaumont! This was the first time I visited the office. I was a little worried about my test results (Hashimoto), but the staff and doctor were all nice, caring and compassionate. Dr. Jay didn't make me feel rushed and take time to answer the100 questions I asked. He was kind, considerate, very knowledgeable and put all my fears to rest. Yes, I waited an hour and a half to see him, but I really don't mind because I know he treats all his patients the same way. I highly recommend this Endocrinologist!
I liked the Doctor and staff; however I left after waiting over an hour for the doctor to see me. It has been like this all three times I have been to this facility. I will no longer use Triangle Endocrinology for my diabetes needs.
