What a great experience with this place! I drove 206 miles from (and back to) Newport News in today's (July 28) heat to finalize the deal on my new VStar. Cannot say enough about this dealer! If I could do less than 1 star I would. Just walked out empty handed because of their horrible customer service. They were not busy and I was ready to drop $500 or more just on gear for my son. No one offered to help us and when I went to the counter to ask a question the employee on the computer answered in a very rude tone and never looked up at me. I stumbled across this dealer via Craigslist and found a great deal on there Yamaha FJR1300. Enough for me to make the journey from upstate NY. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, they have a solid team in place and I will be back!!
