It took five visits, multiple calls, and us as homeowners to walk them through the specifics to not get it right on a simple install. $1,500 later and we have a loud knocking in our walls from a new install of brand new PEX that doesn't have proper fitting clips/length to facilitate expansion. It literally wakes us up at night. The tech was knowledgeable and friendly but when we called in the owner/manager was incredibly confrontational and rude. Buyer beware.
Very disappointed with the service from Triangle. We had an ionizer installed on our TRANE system to fix an ingoing issue, however, the ionizer is not properly installed. They did not show up or for a scheduled appointment last week to fix the install and communication is very poor. After three calls, I received a call back this morning and they are not able to get us on their schedule. We even have their service plan!!!!

Bought a house in March. Unfortunately, ended up needing to replace the HVAC same year. We got quotes for oil and propane units from several companies. It wasnt until we spoke with Triangle that they suggested the ductless mini splits due to the layout of our house and their efficiency. The estimate process was incredibly simple. They replaced both of our HVAC systems in our house and did great work at a fair price. They're incredibly responsive when something needs to be fixed and very professional in your home (booties on inside the house, etc). Highly recommended.
