A very professional and safe place for mental health support through all ages and stages of life! I no longer live in the NY area but I am able to stay connected with Triangle Cognitive Therapy through their mailing list which is always full of great tips for getting through the ups and downs of life. Triangle Cognitive Therapy is a great option to assist with mental health for all ages located on the South Shore of LI. They are professional, accept insurance and have flexible options for patients to receive the care they need. I've only interacted with the owner, Dena Lampert, and have always found her to be professional and focused on providing the best possible care for her patients.
