Highly recommend seeing Dr. Mumma at Triangle Chiropractic and Rehabilitation!!
The best ever! 17 days before I was set to run a marathon, I limped into Dr. Mumma’s office barely able to walk. She equipped me with exercises (and confidence) to be able to heal up, race, and accomplish my goals.
Dr. Bailey helped me get back on my feet (treated my low back pain) with top notch class. Provided insightful knowledge, drills, and progressions that helped me feel confident in moving again. Highly recommend for anyone trying to get back to the feeling of normalcy and better movement.
The best, most detailed, accurate and helpful chiropractic center that I've ever been to (several over the years)! Also the sauna and cold plunge are great and the acupuncture can be a miracle worker!
This place is amazing. I currently live in Wilmington, but still make it 1 to 2 times a month for treatment. As long as I‘m within driving distance, I’ll be coming here.
