I’ve been coming to Triangle CRC since 2021, when I was a few months postpartum, and it truly became my safe space. Now my son and me see Dr Mumma monthly. The care at Triangle CRC is exceptional! From a warm greeting as you enter to a dip in the cold plunge, the entire staff has your well being in mind. Dr Mumma provides individualized care and she takes time each visit to truly listen to your concerns. I love the wholistic care that I receive here!
My 4 year old, who is typically a bit reluctant of new places, visited today for the first time and summed up her experience perfectly: “Groovy lady, good place, funny people. Just needs popsicles”.
