Dr. Mumma has a strong understanding of anatomy and takes the time to explain what’s actually going on with your body. In a space where many prioritize volume and profit, her approach stands out. She focuses on real care and helping you understand how your body works. If you’re dealing with pain and want someone who’s thoughtful and knowledgeable, she’s the real deal.
Really a great experience with Cory and the team at Triangle Chiropractic and Rehab. He’s very knowledgeable about his specialty and and passionate about his patients. This has been a much more positive experience than I have had elsewhere in the past. I’m sure I’ll be coming back as needed in the future.
Before visiting the office I struggled with lower back and hip pain. I’ve had surgery, been to multiple offices to figure out the issues and help with pain management. Dr. Mumma and Dr. Bailey have been able to greatly improve my mobility and help relieve the pain I’ve had for three years. They have multiple options to help everyone. The whole team at the office is super friendly and the atmosphere is great! I would highly recommend visiting this office if you are needing some help!
Triangle Chiropractic is a wellness center that you walk into with the weight of the world on your shoulders and you leave feeling lighter and strong enough to tackle anything that comes your way. I highly recommend trying out the sauna, vibe plate, compression sleeves, cold plunge, and/or move membership. Triangle CRC has made my body and mind feel so much better!!
Dr. Bailey helped me get back on my feet (treated my low back pain) with top notch class. Provided insightful knowledge, drills, and progressions that helped me feel confident in moving again. Highly recommend for anyone trying to get back to the feeling of normalcy and better movement.
