Service Department- I would give a rating of 0 if available. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any mechanic. Recently got a 2007 Chevrolet HHR. I had a problem with not being able to crank the car. Took to Triangle on a Tuesday afternoon for a Wednesday appointment for a diagnosis. Wednesday afternoon Joey(Service Advisor) called and said they couldn't diagnose until they made new keys for $433.00. I love my 2020 silverado duramax High country that I bought new in Naples. I am disappointed that there are issues which GM was aware of but didn't bother to issue a recall on. But after a rat chewed my wiring I brought it in to Triangle for diagnostics and repair. The repairs were done but the long standing issues will have to be addressed with GM. My wife purchased a car yesterday 9/30/25 and it was a fantastic experience! It was our first time ever in the dealership and both Dana & Jonathan totally exceeded our expectations! We have purchased many cars over the years and this was by far the best customer service ever. We highly recommend Triangle Chevrolet in Defuniak Springs!
