About this business
First, we believe to be a great restaurant, you need to have great food. We source as much of our food locally as possible. We use beef from cattle herds that are raised exclusively on South Carolina grass pasture. These yummy cows come from McCutchen Farms in Kingstree and Hill Creek Farms in Darlington. Also, as a service to our guests, we are a drop site for a local farm's CSA program...Hudson Family Farm in Rowesville is also one of our sources for local produce.

I had the best sandwich here that i have ever had, anywhere in the world! I have dreamed about the Coop, with the juicy chicken and the pimento cheese! It was amazing! When I get back to Charleston, I will be stopping here again and again!
