The mechanic broke my skid pan while changing my oil and Dom the manager got disrespectful with me and wouldn’t replace my skid pan

They close at 6:00, we arrived at 4:50 and they starting yelling & proceeded to put a cone in front of my car. Really!!!! I could have understood if weather was cold but a beautiful day. Grrrrrr
I've been going to Triangle for about 30 years. "The Works" is my favorite. Includes a chassis bath, Rain-X wax, tire treatment. They do a great job inside and out.
I ask for best interior clean and outside when was finished I asked why door panels inside not clean he told door panels dont count lol
I went at 3:30pm and they were just closing. Their hours are posted until 6:00pm.
Another terrible experience at this car wash. $30 paid for a$5 job. Carpets not vacuumed well - still littered with debris and streaks all over the windows. The owner should be ashamed to take people’s money. I’d ask for a refund but will only get another hassle. Poor workmanship to say the least. They are lucky they are the only game in town. Folks are forced to go there.
Went to get my moms car washed. And they barely vacuumed it and didn't wipe anything on the interior. Very disappointed...
