Horrible customer service, not friendly. Just an overall bad experience
I ordered a Weber Carb. It stuck open. My mechanic of 35 years says it is the worst carb he has ever seen. It was dangerous. They told us to “bend” the connector arm from the accelerator cable. Seriously? They have refused to give me a return authorization. These guys are crooks. Please avoid them. My bank is doing an investigation on them. Nothing but pass the buck. Do NOT order anything from them!
The counter guy used all of his resources to try to find the part I needed.
