After reading some of the reviews I realize we all have our own experiences. I've had 2 other physicians before going to Tan Healthcare and being seen by Katie Williamson. I've only seen her twice and I will say that my experience was great. The staff has been awesome. I really love the fact the when I need meds they get put in right away which has been by downside with the 2 other physicians I had. I'm very pleased with my experience and have no complaints.
I have been a patient at Tan Healthcare for a few years. Recently I was having a scheduling problem and Mollie solved it for me. She was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Thank you Mollie!
Since when can a doctor refuse to see you when you’re sick? Instead they’re wanting me to come in for my routine bloodwork which I explained to Molly I’m sick as she hears me hacking up a lung while we speak… I asked wouldn’t that alter my results she confirmed with Dr Rui and he said I need to come in for blood Work I said fine even though it was against my better judgement to take my labs while sick would I be able to see the Dr to address my issues too she said she didn’t know I would have to schedule out….
