Chris, the repairman came to "fix" our dishwasher and only turned the water on under the sink and told to call back if there were any problems and that since he charged me $80 just to turn the water on he would come back for free. A few weeks went by and it stopped working. I called and left a lot of messages, no response. When I called the company they said Chris had no authorization to say that he would fix it for free and that since it was over 30 days they would not come. The fee you were charged was actually discounted since it was a quick repair. Also after looking back it had been 70 days since Chris had been there. If you left messages at the office theyln they didn't come through because we return all the calls. The voicemail also lists an email you can send to along with contacting through here or Facebook which you had no problem doing once you wanted to leave a bad review. Chris did an amazing job fixing our dryer. Very professional and friendly. Quick response and service.
We have been dealing with another company for 6 months trying to get our fridge fixed with no success. We switched to Triangle Appliance and are so happy we did! It may seem basic, but they actually a) answer the phone, b) return your calls, c) show up when they said they would, and d) actually fixed my stuff within a week of my first call. Too bad I didn't call them in the first place! But now I know who to call next time.
These guys are awesome, very satisfied with their work. Highly recommend!
