LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE When I moved in, I had a TON of maintenance issues and the apartment was not clean. The carpet was terrible. I had to request for them to send someone out to stretch out the old dingy carpet. The carpet should have been replaced before I moved in. My refrigerator had a leak. They replaced it with one that didn’t cool so ALL my food went bad which was at least a weeks worth of food. This apartment is really great. Nice neighbors and the apartment looked beautiful except under the cabinet there was a big black spot at the back of the cabinet which had a weird smell to it. The manager Althea was very nice, but didn't do anything when the mailman broke my lock to the mailbox and she said she couldn't do anything about which made me upset. Also the mantinence man was disrespectful to my husband because the refrigerator nob was turned and it wasn't cooling which we have told him but he got an attitude with m... read more
