I have lodged a complaint with the Department of Fair Trading NSW. I am a pensioner on Disability Support. I called in Triage Forensics to clean up my internet / wi fi connection with the connected devices. I REGRET that I paid the owner $2,000.00 direct into his bank account, as he requested. It has been a complete disaster and waste of money for me. My spyware and malware issues reappeared very quickly, the same evening, in fact! My iPhone 11 got disabled at a party and I no longer had access to anything on it. I had the option of restoring my phone, however I was bound to lose 20000 photos plus all other media on there (videos, files, notes). I called ALL data recovery places in Sydney and everyone told me it was IMPOSSIBLE to get those photos out. Triage Forensics was able to recover everything on my phone, making me forever grateful!! One VERY happy customer.

Thought I had lost all of my photos and they were all recovered. Worth every cent. Will use them again if required.
