Great place, filled with great people. It's a strong name "Iron Den" which might put a person off at first glance, but you will find it a place with very helpful and accepting people of all different fitness and skill levels. Great owners who care, Great members who push you to better things. You don't compete against others in fitness, you compete against yourself, and everyone here is rooting and supporting you.

Dropped in to this gym for a couple days while traveling and loved it. Highly recommend.
