They need someone in management to monitor how the people on the phone handle customers. I will say this, it was the most pleasant sounding, take it or leave it attitude I've ever experienced while being called a liar. I won't bother them again.
I live in Wilmer Al and I wanted my prescription transferred to a pharmacy in mobile and was told by triad pharmacy that they could not transfer my prescription because it was already filled. I drove over an hour to pick up my prescription and was told that I would have to wait 20 minutes because the prescription wasn't filled yet. If it wasn't filled yet why wouldn't they transfer it. Piss poor business and customer service. Won't be back here again. They don't deserve one star.

Amazing prices. They don’t take insurance and they are a compounding company I get a few of my meds there at a fraction of the cost at Walmart. Or cvs.
In all fairness this pharmacy has been pretty helpful when Ive needed them in the past. But, I will not be using them anymore bc today they were really rude on the phone, particularly the Manager, Dorothy who was likely trying to impress the employee as she berated me over the phone. I asked for an order stating I needed it two days later. I never used the words urgent or overnight. I needed it 2 days later. They charged me for overnight services. Its about $20 or so more.
