Would not recommend renting from them. I have renters above me who continue to make noise late at night in fact it's 11:00 tonight and the noise is going on. I have called these people they don't respond they don't return phone calls. They don't care that these renters that they're renting to are breaking the HOA laws. My next thing to do is go to better Business bureau against them.
