We were treated horribly at triad primary care. We received a bill in less then a week. The bill was not submitted to insurance. I called insurance to make sure. They had no clames from this clinic or for this date. Tried to call and leave messages. No reply. Had to go there. Still talked to no one but the front desk saying the insurance company had just called. That didn't make any sense. Thought they were just making excuses for a mistake and were going to handle it.
